The ambiance and overall property is truly amazing and beautiful. It has the best vibe of an older era of resorts, which we loved for our honeymoon. Views and sunsets are epic. Food and service is great. Plantings inside the hotel need an upgrade and a few things in our room needed fixing otherwise a perfect week. Best of all, it has the best beach on the big island in my view.

Top notch service at this island resort
Posted 8 Dec 2023 on HotelsEverything was amazing…from check-in, beach staff, Hau Tree & Manta staff, valets. Only negative was the hours for the Copper Bar. No food until late in the day so we never got to eat there. Sad to leave, will definitely return, and highly recommend!
