Checked in at 3 pm and settled in. At night,there were mosquitoes everywhere . They moved to another room, again mosquitoes, then to a third room, also mosquitoes and dirty. Horrible experience . They said all rooms fully booked . Came back to original room at 1 am and managed to sleep a little . I want a compensation from expedia since l booked through you guys.

The place was amazing , customer service was exceptional the only issue was that when I forgot my keys I got charged $20 . I don’t think that should happen especially for a high end apartments like those . When a guest forgets their key they should be provided with a second key instead of being charged ! My house keeper Florence was always amazing making sure the place was clean ! Apart from that it’s a wonderful property and close to everything !

Awesome place, but beware of online reservations

Pros: this is a great place to stay, good location, very nice restaurant, spa, pool, rooms are good. Our waitress Banura was sweet as honey and Vikas (manager) helped us when necessary. Staff is friendly and helpful. They even have an area that you can reserve for private parties (we had one birthday celebration) and let them care of the catering. Cons: beware of online reservations, we used hotels.com and our room didn't have a pool view as stated in our purchase, so there's a mismatch between what you see and what you get. Again, staff was helpful, but nonetheless that leads to frustration during the check-in process.

Insects- bugs in the bed

We checked in late to have some relaxing time on New Year’s Eve for 2021. The room we had gotten had bedbugs. We made an inquiry and they said they were at full capacity so they had no options for us. We had to leave the hotel at 1am on 1st January 2022, which is very inconvenient. We have been working with the manager to request for a refund but this has been in vain so far. We have video recordings for bugs/ insects in the bed and will proceed to post them as awareness to other customers. This is unacceptable

Amazing African Trip

Our stay here was really good, the only problems we had were not getting the room I booked, (they stated that hotels.com should communicate with customers rooms booked subject to availability), the did however give us a better room than the first one we had. Also anyone coming from the US bring wash cloths, they don’t have or provide those.

Spacious rooms has complete kitchen with stove oven microwave fridge and a freezer! Very convenient if you want make your own meals. Security is great as well. Daily housekeeping provided as well..
