My experience with the staff is excellent. They know their job and they are very friendly. So generally, my experience with the staff from the reception to the breakfast, gym etc was excellent. The only bad experience was the noise I experienced the first night, Saturday the 17th. There was a live band that played till a few minutes after 11pm and they stopped the live band but continued with other music until I called for my room to be changed that night but there was no room available. I complained in the morning that I was disturbed from sleeping. Barnabas in the reception apologised profusely and promised to relocate me to the other wing of the building which he did and I slept better on Sunday night. Otherwise I really do not have much to complain about but to say that I had a great experience.

The hotel is showing its age. The service here is great and I would definitely stay here again. The food service in the lobby restaurant takes too long for a quick lunch in between meetings. Not sure why it takes so long. The rooms are very clean and they have a nice size desk to work at. The bathrooms at least my room did not have any hooks for hanging things and no counter space.

It is a first time experience and I would recommend it to others. The Gym was fantastic and staff very nice.

This is an older hotel so the rooms are slightly smaller however the location is excellent and the rooms have great views. It is within 5 minutes walk of every site of interest in downtown Kampala. The breakfast is excellent with a huge buffet filled with many items. Multiple restaurants with excellent yet well priced options. The staff is amazingly helpful and polite.
