Very nice hotel, great hospitality. The family suites are very good and spacious. Very safe. Central location in Kampala. Restaurant available with local cuisine.

It was in the main town so local to shops, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast could have more variety for vegetarians and it took a while to get toast and coffee.

Great value, decent breakfast, good WiFi, hot water, good cleanliness. Smart TV with Netflix (if you have your own account). Great view from the room. Nice family room.

Garage parking was terrible 😞 every time I had to report to reception in order to open for me or even getting out!🤔

For $50/night, my expectations were higher. The hotel is inside a very busy commercial center. The area itself appears to be a commercial hub. The noise levels were bearable as the rooms are on higher levels. I will say, the staff are nice and the room is clean but it's super basic and the lighting is poor. No value for money, at least for me!

Never Again will I be back there.
Posted 25 Jan 2024 on HotelsHad a bad experience. Simple as that. I literally had to cut my stay short by a day and half. Poor or nonexistent customer service. They (staffs) are all walking around like you owed them to be there.

A good place, affordable
