There is no sign indicating where the entrance is to the hotel, which is inside a courtyard, or where reception is, which is through an unmarked door and up one flight of stairs. The staff do not speak English, just Chinese, except for one Ugandan man on the staff. This would be fine if it were noted in the hotel description.
