"I travel a lot and I often stay in what might be considered budget hotels but this was effectively a dormitory. There is no sign indicating where the entrance is to the hotel, which is inside a courtyard, or where reception is, which is through an unmarked door and up one flight of stairs. The staff do not speak English, just Chinese, except for one Ugandan man on the staff. This would be fine if it were noted in the hotel description. "A suite hotel which has gone backwards. Nobody stays here. I was alone! The rooms are still good - but TV card lapsed so no TV, o breakfast room. Breakfast ordered night before and brought on a tray. Only good thing is the price. And room is big. I stayed several times before in better days. Avoid."
