One of the elevators was out and so the entire hotel was trying to use one. Also, the air conditioning doesn’t get as cold as other properties. It’s a nice place, but it’s about average for what you would expect

The property is clean and well managed. Breakfast is also delicious. There are two aspects that could benefit from improvement: firstly, the receptionists could benefit from training to enhance their customer service and friendliness; and secondly, similar to other services, the gym hours could be extended until 11 pm.

We recently stayed at the golden tulip for two days. The service was impeccable. Transportation, dining and service. All around was wonderful.
