I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests.

Greetings Thank you for your feedback, Ms Alice Kegler, we had explained that change of Bedsheets and towels is done after 3days, and house keeping for the apartments is done everyday. we expect clients to maintain cleanliness of the sheets and towels for each apartment for a maximum of 3days. the whole confusion and bad reviews comes because you and your husband had refused to pay for extension, lied to security about sorting out the extension bill with management and ran away in the morning . This was wrong, we talked to your sister that had initially visited the apartment for you and she helped us make you pay. Payment was done the next day in the evening. You were in a hurry to the extent that you left your valuables which we shall return upon request.
