Great rooms. Clean. Great AC! Wifi functional but took hours to set up with tech people. Kitchen was lackluster, unresponsive to concerns, and routinely served products not as advertised. When addressed the dismissed or gasslighted customers.

The air con. and lockers were not working

The rooms are good, area is centrally located perfect to go anywhere all shops, movies etc nearby No porter or anyone to help you with your bags when you check in you have to carry the bags yourself, the security guards at the gates are LAZY they behave as if they are actually doing you a favour by opening the entry and exit gates HATED THAT

We stayed at the hotel on two different occasions. The staff is excellent with one huge exception. Hwd (don't know spelling) is terrible. He typically ignores if we ask a question. He says "no" to almost everything we asked about if he isn't ignoring. When his shift was over and we ask other receptionist the same question is "sure we can do that". I would rate lower but the rest of the staff was outstanding. The problem is that often he is the only receptionist so you cant get simple issues solved until the next day. We wont be going back.
