there was a fire alarm that went off at Sunday night at the hotel at 9pm. My 6 year old child and I had to evacuate along with everyone else. We left the hotel and went to stay somewhere else. I was told we would get a refund for that night and then we never got one as "apparently" they can't give one if the booking was through Expedia. Apparently nothing they can do (yah right). So beware with this hotel, they get their cut through Expedia then when they mess up they won't do anything after the say they will to compensate for a bad stay. Don't book here.

Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants in downtown Kamloops. Just above a great pub/restaurant, The Noble Pig. Super friendly hotel staff, front desk and cleaning. Nice, clean rooms with a great climate control unit (A/C, fan, heat). Will likely stay here again next visit to Kamloops.

The hotel had a large room and was clean and quieter than I expected. The train tracks were close by but were not an issue for our stay. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was simple but affordable and quick. Maybe a little tired but rooms were modern and in good shape. Overall very happy with our stay and felt it was great value for the money.

We loved our stay! But the pool definitely needs to be cleaned more. The water had alot of floaties in it but other than that we will definitely book again!
