The front entrance drive up is under construction, and it was snowing a lot when we arrived so that was very inconvenient. We came to stay for our son's birthday and were looking forward to swimming, but the pool had been shut down the day we arrived for maintenance. We were extremely disappointed, and were not offered any sort of discount or anything for the inconvenience. We were, also, notified that other popular hotels in the area also had pools shut down, and it was too late to try to obtain a refund.
The staff was friendly and the room is nice, but having the amenities unavailable and the construction at the front of the hotel was very disappointing. I think the biggest positive is the beds are considerably better than many other hotels, and being able to access our Netflix account and stream movies is a nice bonus.
