Was clean and a pretty maintained property. Would definitely recommend as has been one of the better hotels I've stayed at in kalgoorlie-boulder.

Only toilet downstairs
Upgrade to family room
Only chairs kitchen chairs not comfortable
Shower above spa difficult to negotiate for senior

Location good, Staff very unfriendly not a warm welcome quite rude ,not welcoming at all , facilities limited and wouldnt reccomend to anyone .

The ceiling fan in bathroom needs to be cleaned, when turned on it blows out lumps of dirt etc.
The door didn’t lock properly, the kitchen floor was dirty. The drainage in bathroom was not great and the water went everywhere.

The smorgasbord food was cold on 2ocassions that we went to dining room. We were not happy that the bedroom was upstairs and bathroom was downstairs. When booking we understood all were on same level., as was still in post operation period.

Very close to restaurants etc.
Very quiet at night & had all we requred.

Not having the room serviced on a daily basis for the price charged was absolutely ridiculous
