Very expensive. We were in a suite; layout nice. However, no ice bucket in our room, when asked at the desk, we were given a zip lock baggie. No cups in the room either; when requested, given paper coffee cup. There was an ironing board, but no iron.
Carpet was ripped in center. Very disappointed in amenities; none!

Arrived to check in and the entire property smelled like marijuana. Got to our room and opened cabinet to find used sex toys. Room was dirty and looked to not have been cleaned

Wonderful staff and plenty of amenities. The breakfast included was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Health inspection lead to shut down of food areas. Stained sheets and no crew to help. The few crew they had seemed overworked.

The pool had no towels, we were told they are bringing and they never did. The sheets were dirty, the chair in the room looked like someone threw up there. Not a fan on the breakfast either. Wouldn't go there again.

nice spacious suite. disappointed no coffee cups, no sheets/pillows for pull out couch, 2 towels for 3 guests

This place was filthy and unclean. We had dirty towels on the floor upon our arrival. The pull out couch was stained and they flipped it over In hopes we wouldn’t see it.

Poor stuff, pullout sofa super dirty mattress looks like some was crawling on it, stain all over, I asked for new mattress said that’s all we have.
