I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Having the room next to the loudest elevator on Earth was only part of the problem. Some guests on our floor were very loud until after 4:00am. Partying, fighting, slamming doors, screaming. I called the front desk at 2:30am requesting assistance. Nothing was done. I called again at 4:00am begging for assistance. They finally quieted down after 4:15am. Needless to say I will not stay here again. The staff did nothing to ensure I had. A good experience at their establishment.

This is our favorite hotel when passing through Kalamazoo. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Room very clean and comfortable. Suggest breakfast includes meat alternatives to only pork products - turkey sausage, for example.

There was a lot of noise at 2.30 am till 4.30 am. Although management was given notice about the need for gluten free food at breakfast , it was not catered for, not even gluten free bread. The lady on kitchen duty was helpful and made some scrambled eggs, which was nice of her. She hadnot been informed. Also a little disappointing that plates and cutlery were plastic as it is billed as a 4 star hotel. Staff were polite and helpful.

My brother and i stayed here for the weekend fir comic con and it was 10 minutes from downtown !
