You have great staff and the rooms are good. Entry way mats are filthy - even though they say they wash them weekly. Spruce up your entry and hallway carpets and you might live up to your name. Tough neighborhood with gang-bang Red Roof next door - bleeds into your facility. Again, Your staff there is great!

Lot of drug activity. The sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. The mattress had several blood stains in it. They refused to give us our money back. The is a 15 minute policy to inspect the room i highly recommend not staying here but if you do make sure to inspect the room quickly in 15 mins and pull off the sheets.... absolutely disgusting

Shower drain plugged - toilet barely flushed - fan vent in bathroom hanging on by a thread -stayed on 4th floor with elevator out of service - hallway carpets nasty gross - king size bed was good 👍

Staff was friendly but the elevator is broken and has been for awhile apparently. There were never any clean towels even after asking 5 different times. A lot of random people walking around outside and making noise at night.

The hotel was in terrible conditions. The staff did their best to maintain and accommodate, but flies in our rooms, huests pounding on our ceiling at all hiurs of the night, broken elevator, ec.

Putting a family with children on a top floor with a broken elevator, one bed missing the comforter, sheets werent clean, had stains. Pillow smelt like Marijuana.
