"Fantastic! It’s fairly close to Shinjuku Station, which made getting here easy. The room was clean, modern, and a respectable size for the price. All of the staff were friendly, polite, and spoke English well. Even though it’s located in an area full of nightlife venues, it was still quiet. There is plenty to do and see nearby, and its location in Shinjuku makes it easy to get to Shibuya, Akihabara, and anywhere else. This was my first hotel after I arrived in Japan, and I’m very grateful for the staff at the front desk for being so welcoming to my travel-weary self. Thank you!"

"What a gem. While the property could use some updating the staff and location more than make up for it. We had an issue with the air conditioning on the first night. Not only was the issue addressed immediately but we were treated to an upgraded room. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. "
