Hotel is beautiful and clean, employee for beach access was very rude and desk employees could have been more accommodating

Beautiful hotel and attentive staff. My only complaint is the mandatory valet parking, especially during the day, which is inconvenient. The beach sadly appears to be slightly eroded, too; but I'm not sure what the hotel can do to combat that issue. I would definitely recommend this resort for solo travelers. The restaurant serves excellent food, and I felt very safe as a solo traveler.
