My wife and I stayed at Sosetsu for six nights.The hotel is centrally located, with many restaurants and shopping close by. The hotel is well maintained, and our room was nicely designed, cleaned daily, and conveniently set up. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient, able to supply information, maps, and a Seoul tourist guide, and avaliable to assist with questions guests may ask. My only critical observation is breakfast choices were limited compared to what we've seen in other four-star hotels, and didn't change from day to day. My suggestion would be to provide more breakfast variety, and change morning dining choices for guests staying more than a day or two. Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast area was immaculately clean, so no problem with the setting, just that the offerings were limited.

Great location, convenient location, close to subway, shopping, eateries, attractions.
One suggestion is to improve the breakfast, include halal meat or more vegetable options.
We enjoyed our stay very much.
