The staff was amazing. The cleaning fumes were overwhelming..but it was super clean.

Expedia booked two rooms, it stalled after hitting book. Didn’t show up. Paid twice. Called Hotel and Expedia. Just playing games.

We have refunded funds back to Expedia and since you originally paid Expedia for the rooms hence the matter is between you and Expedia. Good for one night. Clean. Spa and pool was closed. My room key had to be fixed three times because it wouldn't open the door. No elevator to the second floor. Breakfast was worse than nothing. Dry tasteless eggs, soggy potatoes. Waffle iron timer didn't work therefore they were overcooked. Even the name brand yogurt was tasteless. The only thing worth eating was the butter and the strawberry cream cheese. For some reason the architect or the builder decided to put the light switches on the outside of bathroom and on the hinge side of the door, very inconveniently.

Made a quick stop while driving across the country. Clean and safe. Only issue was it is near a train.

Everything in general was good. The only thing I'm not comfortable was the mattress and the pillows 😒😒
