No staff at all. Only a television check in with a person who speaks English as a second language. He was difficult to understand!

I liked the closeness to work I didnt like the noise all night long the dirty gross bed linen that needed changed talked to front desk kiosh and said he would take care of it it never happened until the next night i came in and found housekeeper myself

It was a bit different not having a front desk clerk, with the virtual check in. My major complaint was no fresh coffee at 6 am, if there is someone on premises and they have 1 major job at least make coffee for travelers

I stayed there many Many times never had a problem tell jan 39 saying that the last time I was there which couple ago I broke a TV $150 to deposit... I didn't have a hundred fifty dollars deposit for me to stay so they turned me told me they couldn't refund the room i alteady paid for they Told me to Call Expedia so I reached out to them. And they called it motel And they refused to refund it.... I am a professional in the community. There is no way would have broke a tv and if some reason i had i would have been acountable...They can show me non prove videos anything I think that housekeeping I'm myself or that the people that sneak in there at night You didn't know sta0

Stayed here for 2 nights and never saw a single employee. Not exaggerating. Not one time did I see an employee. Even the "front desk clerk" is not an actual person; its a kiosk that connects you to someone overseas. Blankets have cigarette burns. Tv remote batteries are held in by tape. Light switches are BLACK (as in so dirty they are black). Room numbers are handwritten on the walls beside the door. Nowhere in the hotel smells clean. Again, no exaggeration. The room smelled like it had been vacant for a long time. The hallways smell like cigarettes and body odor and the lobby somehow smells like a combination of both. Everything is outdated and worn down except for the flat screen tv in the room...which didnt even get the weather channel. Money should've been invested in repairing and updating the building, instead of paying for that kiosk. If they're aren't going to do that then they should tear the hotel down our sell it to someone that will actually care for the property. The only plus was the fact that the hotel was so empty that it was quiet both day and night.
