But the building needed extremely repair
The water leaking from the AC
In the rain time, the water leaking on the hall walls
The island restaurant self-service is a little mosquitoes, my suggest (fixing a small fan on top ceiling on the food services)

Ar condicionado quebrado, paredes descascando, cheiro de cigarro, frigobar muito velho, toalhas limpas, mas muito surradas, sem xampu, somente sabonetes, chuveiro e torneira do banheiro com água quente, quarto espaçoso.

Estava chovendo e havia uma cachoeira no estacionamento, onde aliás meu carro só entrava raspando a roda (ou a porta, é só escolher). Haviam infiltrações em praticamente todas as paredes e o quarto cheirava a mofo. Chuveiro muito bom, apesar do vazamento no box que alagava o banheiro. O ar condicionado não tinha nenhum tipo de ajuste, estava sempre ligado.
