As well all know, pictures can be deceiving, and that is the case here. The staff was very nice, and the place was clean (you could tell by the smell of cleaning products on the hallway), but the place is old and the surrounding area was questionable. Since the cancellation period had expired by the time I got to the hotel, I decided to take it as a sunk cost, and found another hotel to stay at.

The elevator command at 10th floor demand repair, some buttons are broken. In general the hotel is clean, people are friendly and has a nice support and services.

Parcelado sem juros,mas é a vista e o problema seu

Não tenho o que reclamar da hospedagem, funcionários atenciosos e receptivos . Porém ao reservar a estadia eu escolhi parcelar em 6 x sem juros no cartão porém me cobraram á vista ,mudando meu custo e não dando suporte para resolver, vc fala com um atendimento eletrônico que diz que sente muito e o erro foi meu
