Night time check in difficult

Check in was difficult because they didn’t send me a room code but a guy staying there helped me get in touch with some one who gave me the info. The code did not work on the parking gate but someone else arrived and their code worked.

Worst hotel check In EVER

Hotels.com let me down big style when booking this hotel, I received a email from the hotel on the morning I was supposed to be staying the night stating that Hotels.com had not paid them (I had to pay immediately on book the hotel) I contacted Hotels.com straight away via direct messaging, the person I communicated with in the end said that she had spoken to the hotel and had paid for the room. I communicated this directly to the hotel responding to their email, only to be told they hadn’t. By this time I was on a motorbike riding through France. On one of my rest stops I had to communicate with Hotels.com again only to be told the issue had been sorted. On arrival at the hotel the guy on reception said I had to pay for the room as Hotels.com hadn’t. I was in communication with Hotels.com for OVER 2hrs stood at reception in my motorbike leathers with my 13 year old Son. In the end I had to pay another €49 to stay the night as Hotels.com could not sort the issue out as the guy on reception only spoke French and the people from Hotels.com only spoke English just like me. Not. Good start to a 12 night holiday all booked through Hotels.com 😐

Won;t be staying again

Very overpriced for a tiny room in which you couldn't swing a cat. Air conditioning was noisy and not very efficient. The door number keypad didn't work 50% of the time. Nobody seems to be on call when the front door failed to open, resulting in a queue of 3 people trying to get in, before anyone could manage to get the combination to work. For twice the price of Mr Bed around the corner, it wasn't worth the extra money.

Bonjour Mr Pourquoi mettre un avis en anonyme ? La chambre a une surface réglementaire et je n'ai pas eu d'autre plainte concernant ce que vous décrivez ! j'habite sur l'établissement et voit les aller et venu donc je m'en serait rendu compte . De plus nous avons une assistance quand vous avez un ou des soucis et on ne m'a pas appelé ! Après je pense que vous n'êtes jamais allé dormir chez MR BED et je vous invite a y faire l'expérience :-) Je vous souhaite une bonne continuation . Cordialement,

Good stop over hotel

Check in was a bit confusing we had to wait till 17:00 for someone to come and open up but there was a automated check in outside as long as you have a reference number. Our room was a disabled room so on the ground floor. The cleanliness was debatable the floor was grubby but the local area was good for places to eat also VERY close to a shopping centre.

very upset

no one in reception. self service check in didn't work. I do not speak french and help line was useless. I am on a bike and have no phone so could not contact hotels.com. Had to take another hotel next door. tried to contact hotels.com on internet from other hotel. very unhappy.l
