Staff was polite and professional. Easy parking. Hotel room was clean and neat. Can walk to many restaurants and shops. Convenient location from highway. Nice free breakfast.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but the design of our room in this particular hotel was really bad. The bathroom doorway faces the beds and it is a noisy barn door. Impossible to open and close the door without without waking up others.

Not a great experience over all.

Not a good experience. I book 3 weeks prior on this app. When I arrived at the Hotal after a long drive, the King Room I booked was not available. They only had a full bed double. It was late and I needed a room so I went ahead and did it and they told me that they were able to lower my price. When I went to check out, the manager told me that that was not possible and therefore I paid for a king room, but had to sleep in a Double room. I will probably never use this app again.
