Very hot inside of hotel, not in room though. Dirty around the front ...etc.

It was simply terrible in a terrible area of the city. I cant imagine why this is even a place that Expedia would have in the system! Awful. We left so I threw my money away.

I feel so sorry for it. You didn't gave us any chance to slove the problem but do the new reservation directly. Same-day reservation couldn't be refund is the rule of the site, that I am so sorry about that we couldn't help you.

The property is old, but it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. This is a very basic hotel room. However, the location is great, 3 minute walk to the subway and plenty of eateries in area.

Overall a nice stay. Really nice to be able to leave baggage outside of check in hours.

The hotel is close to several attractions, shopping and food sites. Only cons are that one has to walk to a closeby intersection to get a taxi, or a 5 minute walk to a metro station, and AC fies not generate enough cold air. The street it is on is not passable by cars. If you like walking, and exploring, it is central.

Quite dirty. Stains on the pillow cases. Only 1 lock on the door, no deadbolts or security bar. Staff were friendly and helpful however.

Normally I write good reviews, in this case I have to say this is not a 3-star hotel but a 1-star slum motel, please beware, read carefully before booking.

I hope the other guest must read my comments. this guest want cancelled reservation and want get refund after staying most highest season's one nightFrom totally 4 nights of guest booked.Just want cancelled after you got discounted one night then try to get refund from us.I hope this guest want know about what is meaning of "reservation".If We don't have to gurrantee room for the "reservations" then I could cancel during your stay.So when you made reservation then we have to take you instead that we can host the other persons willing to pay more(because that was high season) and gurrantee your room for your reservationed days.I recommend you don't make any reservation in future before arrive that hotel and see it yourself.

the location is great, close to subway Jong-ro 3ga station where you can take 1-3-5 line subway. Small problem with the cleaning lady but the counter staffs are nice. Room and facility are a bit old. Elevator is available with half floor up/down.
