The La Quinta Inn and suites in Jonesboro, Arkansas is a great property!! It is a gem located near other competitor hotels, but stands out because the La Quinta inn and suites is a new build with excellent and clean features!! The front area staff was very nice and informative and helped With my reservation that was booked on Expedia. The breakfast was excellent as always!!

1 night stay. Its near the highway, so its easy to get to and out of. There is highway sounds, so take that into consideration. The room was clean and comfortable. I do have a critisism of the bathroom. There is a vent, but no vent fan. The floor is tile and the counter is stoney, so everything is damp after a shower. There is no towel rack next to the shower, and the counter with the towels is across the room, so your option are the floor where your towels will get cold and wet, or the top of the toilet, as the toilet has no seat cover. In my opinion, a toilet without a cover in bathroom that also contains the sink and no vent fan is a little gross. That said I was happy with the stay and would do so again.

The check in was easy. But the employees are the superstars. They greeted us coming and going. They were kind and polite, both evening and morning. They made our stay enjoyable.
