The staff was nice and helpful. The first room had a hole in the shower wall with a tissue stuck in it,so they moved us to another room and it did not have a frig or microwave. This is just an old motel that is not well taken care of. I did not feel safe. Had it just been me, I would have lost my money and changed hotels. You could see ripped curtains, one room had the curtains open and a mattress was off the bed and propped up. My husband went down for the breakfast which has no juice and just 2 old looking danishes.

Building was rundown. No customer service, staff had no idea on how to run the front desk, dirty used baby diaper found in the bathroom behind the door, no toilet paper or trash can in the room.

I was originally put into a room that was have renovations being done. Went to my other room and it always smelled like someone was smoking next to it. The linens had holes in them, and the bathroom had mold.

Did not get room/bed size requested, no coffee maker or towels and there were wood shavings from where they tried to prop up bathroom countertop that is about to fall off the wall!

Staff was unprofessional, failing to provide linens when requested. No coffee maker in room, television did not work; requested this be corrected three times with no results. Stairwell area were filthy, trash allowed to pile up. Breakfast buffett was a pathetic joke. Overall THE worst motel experience my wife or I have every had.

Despite what the listed ammenities are on the web site, there are no coffee/tea makers in the rooms, I had to ask for a microwave & then the one I got didn't have the plate that sits on the little thing that rotates the food while heating it, my bathroom toilet continuously backed up, didn't have a shower curtain--I finally got one when I asked for one, there are holes in the shower stall, the tv didn't work & my restless teenager was going crazy. They installed a new one after they tried to make the current one work, there were dead bed bugs on the box spring and in the folds of the (clean?) sheets on both beds, holes from cigarette burns in the duvet covers, stains on the sheets of both beds, the furniture was dirty or felt dirty. The stay at this place has traumatized me and I do not foresee staying in any more Inns when I travel in the future. I will just sleep in my car because this place was nightmarish -plus the odors in that room & questionable stains all over the carpet... And the pool is still not able to be used. I mentioned these to the gal at the front desk, she said she would send someone to "deep clean" the room, however, no one ever came. There was no pride in upkeep of that place. No one apparently cares, and it shows.
