"The hotel offers much for a relatively compact area. The room was exceptionally well designed and certainly immaculate. We enjoyed the two meals that we had in the evening because of their convenience and quality. The host and server was exceptional. The garage is a little puzzling, but if you’re lucky, you can get a parking spot relatively close to an elevator. I will return there again , happily."

"The one person on staff did her best to assist, but it was clear she had no one else working with her. The room quality wasn't great - the jacuzzi tub was broken (the jets were either not working or spraying EVERYWHERE. We asked for extra blankets and no one ever brought any. The hot tub jets were also broken. I would give a 2/10, and the two points are because the only person on staff did her best."
