Great location right across from the Mayo Clinic. The room was nice but a bit smelly. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was very tight—if a car parks slightly off, it becomes nearly impossible to park next to it. Overall, the convenience made up for the minor issues.

There was construction right outside of our room and they worked late and were noisy. It is very easy to get to Mayo Clinic and the other buildings.
