Front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The bottles of water at check in were much appreciated as was the hot breakfast. I would have given a 5 star rating if the lighting in the room had been better. It was very dim and dark with the window coverings closed. Maybe switch to LED bulbs? Also, there wasn't a working fan in the bathroom.

Staff was amazing - we had a problem with our TV, and within 5 minutes it was fixed. In addition to daily breakfast, they have "heal with warm soup" in the evenings, with free soup, as a majority of guests are there to get treatment at Mayo clinic. The free shuttle to the clinic is a great bonus, but beware, you are the last ones dropped off on the way back from Mayo, be prepared for a 45 minute return trip. The room was clean and well furnished, the breakfast was good.

Room was small but everything worked as it should and it was nice to have a smart tv. The breakfast was delicious! Very well stocked and good options. The staff were quick to get us into a room on arrival at 11am during the snowstorm. Also the pool and hot tub were clean and not crowded, plus open 24hrs was nice!

Small rooms with bulky dresser/table. For a few nights it was do able. We were on the 3rd floor and the water pressure was terrible. For a girl with longer hair—it took 20 mins to wash out. Talked to another guest on the first floor they had no problems with water pressure. The picture hanging in the bathroom on the wall was dirty. That should be cleaned every time the room gets cleaned. Would I stay here again—yes!

This is our go to hotel when we are in Rochester because it’s clean, the shuttle service to Mayo, the soup in the evening, and the friendly staff. The only small issue is the tv signal went out several times each time we stayed there. We will stay there again soon.
