It was great for what we needed it for. It’s definitely an older/outdated building, but everything worked like it should and it seemed safe and clean. The staff was friendly and it was a short walking distance from the Mayo. Would stay here again for the price.

The breakfast is nasty. Chilled omelettes you have to microwave, watery orange juice and icky generic cereal in a “Kelloggs” bin. Otherwise the hotel is fine and bed was comfortable.

The location cannot be beat, considering its accessibility to the Mayo clinic. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the hotel and rooms are clean and nicely equipped prioritizing function over fluff given most guests stay there while visiting the world renowned Mayo clinic. I highly recommend!

When we come to Mayo, this is where we always stay. It's connected to the Mayo subway walkway. Its clean, beds are comfortable, and free covered parking. I highly recommend. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
