"Had an amazing stay while we were in Rochester for Mayo. The staff was very helpful. Had an excellent breakfast every morning and the attached restaurant Twigs is top notch. The rooms were clean and restocked every morning for our five day stay. The shuttle service is amazing. We don’t know what we would’ve done without it. The drivers were amazing. Very friendly and respectful. I will definitely stay he whenever we come back to Rochester. Thank you for a stress free stay during a difficult time for our family."

"Very comfortable stay with friendly accommodating staff and service to our room. Breakfast was very nice with much variety and even gluten free choices which I needed. There is a daily soup offered in the evening, all of which made for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay there again."

"The beds were great! The staff very friendly. We stayed for just one night so didn't use many of the amenities. We were disappointed that there was a charge for breakfast...a simple continental breakfast was $12! Whereas the other hotels where we had stayed on previous visits to Rochester had free breakfast! They also had free parking whereas we had to pay for parking at a nearby parking ramp at this hotel."
