Front dest guy was always looking at you every time we walked in was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Also very rude they really need to work on there people skills.

I only minor complaints, and it isn't a big deal. The side door keyed entry only worked part of the time. The front desk kept telling us we were demagnetizing our cards, but there were many guests having the same problem. Also, it was a sold out hotel and they were not keeping up with the breakfast foods. I felt they were being cheap and cooking the minimum. Look at your guest numbers, plan ahead and don't make us wait 15 minutes for sausage.
