Suitable if you value budget over comfort
Posted 15 Feb 2023 on HotelsGood for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in.
Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out.

Posted 29 Aug 2022 on HotelsDid not receive the check in details till very last minutes even I have emailed to the property in advance.
Been stopped by the security as there is no car park label. Upon checking been informed it was lost.
Wifi not working and worse whole family got locked out for almost 4 hours as the digital lock is faulty.
The customer service has been helpful and trying to solve.
Overall quite a bad experience this time round.
