The lift is horrible, can wait for mor than 10 mins,it doesnt stop at our floor,n down,never stop at our floor,press both up n down,lift never stop at our floor,straight up,down slso never stop every floor.

Thanks for the review, because now is peak season there is a lot people using the lift so it will need longer waiting time to take the lift (as total 39floor) and when there is full the lift would not be stop at particular floor as no use also if cannot handling more load. Hope for understanding and that's why we also never chase for check out on time and have allowance of half an hour more (even bit longer) than our standard check out time.

Nice stay but be patient with the lift

Unblocked view of city. Friendly owner. Apartment is neat and tidy, with some minor flaws. Water leaking from the master bedroom bathtub and ants will visit if you leave food on the dining table. Only complaint is not fault of the owner, but on building management. The floor is serviced by only 2 lifts, and always full by the time it reaches our floor. We waited for almost half an hour just to get into the lift, and another 5 mins to get to ground floor.

Home stay in JB

Apt 2 bedrooms, is very good for family stay. Spacious for 6-8 adults n children. Clean and good location next to KSL CITY mall. Owner provided helpful info to make our stay hassle free. Highly recommended.

Disappointed with the alternate unit with no decor

This unit was not available changed to another unit with no decor. The bed was too soft not comfortable to sleep. No coffee and tea. Nevertheless, the view is nice as it face the sea.

Great short stay

Easy access to KSL and food. Quick and easy check in to apartment with clear instructions from owner. Came with lots of mattresses and sleeping area, good for big families. Fully furnished apartment. Instant noodles, coffee n tea provided were a thougthful touch. Nice city view at 18th floor. Great wifi. The only thing not so good is there is only 2 channels on tv. Overall a comfortable stay for a big family.

hi, thanks for feedback, Because next year Singapore will start to use digital signal so the building is now currently under management to change and upgrade the antenna, hopefully in next time your visit will have a better experiences
