Checked in later than 3pm. Was assigned with an untidy room. The staff quickly replaced the room for a better one. A bit disappointed with the hotelier not replying my message. I asked if they have clothes iron. Ended up bringing my own but they already have one in their closet. Waste of energy imo. I like the bathroom shower though. I award the hotel 3 stars out of 5. Breakfast was meh.. Sausage a bit sour like it was from an old stock. Fried rice is very bland. Fries was not that good. The porridge and lychee lemon water was superb however. Fried noodle was better than the fried rice. The mushroom soup was too watery. Kudos to the staffs serving at their cafe. I had to pay for my kid's meal since the free breakfast is for 2. But they demand to pay on the spot. Can't bill the kid's breakfast voucher into my bill. I'm not trustworthy I guess.

We booked the hotel because of a family emergency and in the rush, made an error with the dates. I accidentally booked for the following week. When we arrived at the hotel, I explained the error and asked if we could move the dates a week earlier. The hotel refused. We therefore had to pay twice. It was a genuine error but the hotel did not care. All the staff could say was, "Must ask Boss" but nothing ever happened. Additionally, the condition of the property and is nothing like the pictures. It is a complete misrepresentation. The hotel and rooms were dingy, dirty and with unpleasant odour. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all cost.

We are terribly sorry for the incident but the booking is booked and paid to expedia. Hotel side do not handle cancellations or refund for booking that was paid to expedia.

Everything is ok except that for a two nights stay,it was quite bored. This is due to the TV system is not working. It was not inform prior to check in until we as guest raised the problem. The hotel should provide rate discount due to this situation.....

Hi we have a tnb incoming power surge on 03 jul night and tv booster was blowed out. We have replaced the faulty booster and now its working again.
