Spacious, clean and very close to KSL. Large open air food centre next to the hotel.

Toilet ceiling is dripping, informed staff to repair but in vain. we have to go out to use the public toilets.

Property could do with uplift and embracing more digitisation. It’s very old and requires some major renovation. Staff are very nice and polite.
For example, security deposit could be charged to a credit card instead of cash. The wifi is also very slow and unstable. To be very frank, I would rather book elsewhere with a smaller room, but with better wifi.

Hotel is old but renovated rooms are available. Its clean and big. Location is good for dining, massages and hair salons. Decent breakfast with accommodating staff. Room were value for money paid.
The only issue i faced was toilet bowl in my room had water ponding. After flushing the water does not goes back to the neck of the toilet bowl.

Opted for newly renovated room whichnI did get assigned. But room is really just another of those small budget hotels you find all over JB. Price totally does not justify.
Breakfast is not bad.
