Uncleanness

The door knob was broken and removed off, which staff was mentioning? But it was still inconvenient. The bathroom smelled pretty bad and wet all over when I checked in the room, which was around 9pm. Towels were very thin like a towel for window cleaning. I didn’t feel cleanness and would not be choosing this room over another 1BR on the north tower bldg.

Only 1 access card provided, very cumbersome when going in and out of property. Should consider providing 2. No toilet paper. Other amenities provided OK. Pool was fabulous. 1 security guard said use of sunblock not allowed? Find this ruling really weird.

1st and the last time....

It was a disaster from the checking in till when I got the room. Everyone from the security guard to the guy in charge was rude. Communication was a nightmare. No toiletries were provided, even no toilet paper. Toilet was dirty. No remote controls for the aircon, batteries missing from the tv remote, no thrash bin or bag, no utensils in the kitchen. NOTHING WAS PROVIDED AS WHAT WAS INDICATED IN THE ROOM DESCRIPTION DETAILS.

Worst experience ever !!!!

Cons: Please ban this Owner from Expedia so that no member will face this horrible experience in future.
We checked into the Apartment Unit No. 1401 North Tower at 11pm after a tiring day and we were horrified to find that the whole place was not cleaned after the previous tenant moved out. All the rubbish bags were still on the floor, baby diapers inside the toilet, bathroom were not clean, beddings were not fixed / changed and full with hair, floor was dusty, and one of the bedroom floor was covered by water. We kept calling the Owner for 1 hour but no answer, sent him messages and the photos of the house condition, not a single reply. Obviously he knew about this and was trying to avoid us. Very disappointed with such service. Feel cheated.

Overall was good.

It really felt comfy and it just felt like home. The only downside was the location, there wasn’t any toiletries like shampoo, toothbrush. It will also be good if there’s washing machine and a hair dryer.
