Third stay

Receptionist very arrogant and not customer relations material. Luckily the manager was very helpful. Should seriously filter out these bad staff that gives this good place a bad name

Remote comfort

Great apartment, gym, pool and security. Location is remote but condusive to tranquillity. Grab fares are reasonable enough. Very limited convenience store next door.

Fantastic accommodation for the price! Only suggestion is probably should provide more towels as we was only had one. Location is rather close to KSL and holiday plaza, probably not walking distance, but a very short drive.

It was spacious, good and cheap. However the cleanliness is bad. There’s stains on the bedsheet, I’ve stayed there a lot of times, there’s stains on bedsheet each time I go, I hope they did change the sheets.

They gave us a whatsapp to communicate. They reply fast but took hours for our towels since they did not put in to our room. Ended up we did bath and went out.
