I stayed in the first floor and the smoke smell was horrible. It gave me a headache, the carpet is nasty and I had to ask the receptionist to change my room, I found another guest with the same complaint. The hotel should get rid of the carpet and install laminate so the smoke smell would disappear.

The pattern of the carpet made it look like there was sand/dirt all over the carpet. (There wasn't). Very loud (next to highway). Everyone was friendly. Continental breakfast was good. Showers very nice. Pool very nice. Pillows and sheets had questionable smudges.

Polite staff, clean lobby, and good breakfast. Room was somewhat dirty but overall we had a good experience!

Our reservation canceled for unknown and unexplainable reasons and left us with no place to go at 1am

Dear Angeligue, I apologize for the inconvenience. I do not find your reservation to be able to see what the issue might have been. Sometimes customers turn credit cards off until arrival, or they use the credit card without funds thinking that holds the room and they can pay cash upon arrival. All credit are authorized once the cancellation policy has lapsed. Again, without proper information I can't find the reservation to see. I apologize for the inconvenience.
