Shocking. Go elsewhere.

Hands down the worst hotel i have stayed in for 10+ years. Room was filthy. Dust bunnies everywhere. Everywhere. Hair all over the shower. Even after the first day of house keeping i had to clean it myself. Noise from the rooftop bar (bass and chair scraping). I sent in laundry and had it returned with labels on each item secured by 6 - 15 staples. Reception said “sorry”. I returned the laundry and insisted they remove the staples as i wasnt going to be liable for any damage. Restaurant kitchen is all shouting and screaming and service is non-existent in between the staff watching videos or having calls on speaker phone. This hotel capitalises on its location but is totally horrid. Avoid at all costs. Go to Voco, Holiday Inn or Hyatt House rather.

New property in a great location walkable to mall and they have a shuttle that takes you to both malls. The rooms are quite small unless you upgrade to a suite. Priced well. Very friendly staff. Nice rooftop bar.

Top Class hotel, amazing service and elegant rooms. I enjoyed my stay there, I would definitely come back here!

This hotel is in a unique location surrounded by very nice restaurants and dining options, and within a couple of blocks from Rosebank mall. Certainly will come back when visiting Johannesburg

We stayed at the weekend. There was very loud music being played at the roof top bar. So loud that it was not pleasant to sit in the area and so loud that I could also hear it from my room, which was 4 floors below. Also the pool area could not be used as people were eating right next to the pool and there was nowhere to relax. Service and staff were slow

Lovely modern hotel, with super charming staff. Did everything they could to make our business trip run as smoothly as possible. Great hotel menu for food and wine, with lots of options nearby. Khanyi and Brandon were the BEST!

I will not stay here again

I paid for a premium suite but was placed in a junior suite despite telling them this at checkin. After my trip I wrote an email and called the hotel and was assured a manager would call me back. 6 days later, nobody has bothered to call
