Three issues to improve on:
1. Despite the fact that I had booked 3 weeks earlier, the housekeeper did not have my confirmation. Although it was eventually sorted, it leaves one to wonder.
2. Wi-Fi was only accessible in the main house and not in the rooms
3. Dstv was not accessible. I had to watch crucial World cup games on my phone.
