No Hot Water Very Poor Service No WiFi and Tons of Mosquito

We do apologies for your experience. It's certainly not what we want for any of our guests at Dalens. There was a small issue with the geyser in your unit that we weren't aware of. It was fixed.
We can't say why the Internet wasn't working on 1 January? There is free wifi that covers the entire property.
We do hope that we have an opportunity to welcome you back again in the future
