Bedding, sheets, pillows were not so clean. Towels weren’t white I couldn’t even use them.

If you need comfort zone, book ANEW Hotel
Posted 27 Jan 2024 on HotelsOur stay was great, staff were very friendly and of good assistance. Your parking area is too far from the rooms especially when it is loadshedding. The past 2 days of our stay the water in our room was cold and we reported that to the manager during checkout, she apologies and requested us to report any problems as soon as we encounter the problem.

It was a good hotel

Posted 20 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe stay in Anew hotel was amazing and great, we had a joyful, loving and extraordinary stay. The problem was the shower water it was not hot enough to have a warn bath besides that everything was wonderful and 👌. The hotel have an amazing attractive swimming pool 😍.

Dirty old hotel that is in a very unsafe area! It looks like an old student accommodation that was transformed into a hotel. The building is outdated, bathroom is dirty, found marks in the bath tub that resemble dried blood! No international sockets. The swimming pool isn’t safe as it is open to the general public, thus full of youngsters drinking and being loud all day & night! Would NOT RECOMMEND staying there
