Quiero agradecer al gerente Oscar, a la licenciada, a la senorita de la recepcion, a Lupita, a Norma y a todos que me brindaron un servicio excelente durante mi estadia. Me trataron como una huesped de estrella y siempre me saludaban con una sonrisa. Me hicieron sentir en casa. El hotel esta ubicado en una zona segura y la alberca es muy bonita. Gracias por todo!

A comfortable space with great service

My stay was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the grounds are clean and well-kept, and the food was very tasty. The best thing is the incredibly friendly and efficient staff, who are there to take care of your every need with a smile. My massage and facial were great. That said, I think the space could use some love, such as fresh paint, flowering plants (it's Cuernavaca after all!), and warm decor - local crafts instead of the Marilyn Monroe supermarket poster, for instance. A bit more attention to detail would make it even more comfortable.

Visiting family in Cuernavaca

The hotel is in a gated community which makes the hotel feel very safe and relatively quiet despite being near a busy road and Walmart. The name is a phonetic ‘OM’ in Spanish. The hotel has lots of massage services and plays relaxing music and runs a gently fountain most of the day.

Great and safe staying. Everybody provided excellent services and no waiting to check out or check in which gave the hotel a plus. Highly recommended.

No es nada bonito, cómo que se quedaron a la mitad de la construcción. Solo fui a dormir y si sirvió para eso
