When we get to the hotel they have sold our rooms to other people.
They said that this time of the year they have high demand and that they reserve the right to sell the rooms to other people.
5 other family arrived when arrived they had the same problem.

Pleasant stay after an 18 hour drive!
Posted 4 Aug 2023 on HotelsPleasant stay, food at the restaurant was good and employees were attentive and helpful. Receptionist the nicest of all. Gated parking made us feel safe through the night. Beds were double (full-size) beds. Will stay again

Plain but clean and modern
Posted 29 Apr 2023 on HotelsA very decent option for an overnight stay when doing a Mexican road trip. Nothing special, but clean and modern and good customer service. Very helpful that they have a full restaurant on site. The rooms are quite spacious, but pretty plain, no lamps, no carpet, no art. But was definitely clean which is what most mattered to me. It's a very large property with a central courtyard and pool. The place seems brand new and they are still working on it, so there was a lot of dust everywhere. Once it's complete, and the landscaping matures, I think it will be nice. Lots of free parking.
