Great service!

First of all, the service at the Paragon is outstanding. It felt like there were more staff than guests and everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice but a little odd. The lights are controlled by switch panels on either side of the bed. One switch only turned lights on but not off, but the switch on the other side worked fine. The lights turned on once by themselves. Probably only an issue with my room. Also, the bathroom has a glass wall opening to the main room. You can pull the shade to give privacy while sitting on the toilet, but this is just a weird feature. Shower tiles had some perma-stain, so it could have been cleaner. Breakfast buffet was quite good. But most importantly, bed was comfortable so no real complaints. And again, service A+!

The design of the hotel is nice. The gym has good equipment for a hotel. The pool and waterfall is pleasant.

Overall, property is OK for the price paid. However, there are stains in the towels provided and these towels do looked worn out

Clean and friendly environment. Don't like the consistency of hot water flow from shower - at time cold and a sudden it is very hot.

Nice hotel for the price

This hotel was very nice, we stayed for a wedding. They could improve on cleanliness, the rooms were kind of dirty. Good breakfast but pricey drinks and dinner. Dinner wasn’t the best, I recommend going elsewhere to eat. Nice area with great taxi drivers. Staff was friendly but English wasn’t very strong. Beautiful pool.

Great location, away from the hustle an bustle of Kuta, but still easly accessable. Staff are always very pleasant and accommadating, Rooms are big and spacious, with a real comfy bed. Breakfast is plentyful and varied. Pool area is big and enjoyable. Personally this is now my favourite hotel and I will be returning whenever I am in Bali. 10 out of 10

Wouldn’t even pass a 3* hotel

Booked the triple-bed room. It was tiny. No space to walk around. Beds were literally a few inches away from wall. It also smelled like swimming pool chlorine or disinfectant. Pillows were stinky as well. Bathroom floor had some damaged parts, appearing black and not taken care of. Towels were not proper white, more like yellowish stain. Breakfast was poor, not much choice and cold (even fried rice was served on a small rice cooker). Staff in dining area smelled bad.
