Stayed here because it wasn’t too far from the airport and we flew in late. Its a nice resort. A bit dated however the staff and grounds are lovely. Close to the beach and a few cafes/restaurants

Good location, a couple minutes walk from the beach and about 5 minute walk from a row of Seafood BBQ restaurants on beach

Book a Superior room with 2 bed. For 3 person to stay, but give a small room with only a queen size bed upon check in. Reason given is room not available. Can I ask for refund since room has been downgraded.

Friendly staff and very close to the beach

The rooms were spacious and clean. We had our own little courtyard to ourselves. We were pleasantly welcomed with tons of treats and beautiful decors. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, gave us a free ride to Kuta Beach. (Skip Kuta Beach: too crowded and full of hawkers, stay in Jimbaran instead.) Staff even gave us a departing gift, delicious coconut treats. Thank you so much!
We loved our stay. The rooms were the best among all the ones we stayed at on our trip in southeast Asia.

Good property. Not on the beach but about 1/2 block from beach. Rooms were good size and clean; however, bed was extremely hard. Included breakfast and coffee/tea was great! Both pools were good although one of the pools should've been cleaned more often.
All in all, it's an ok property. Not flashy but comfortable.

Staff was indifferent, main pool was closed and green. So many better places to stay.
