The private parking that we requested for our motorbikes was a short way from the hotel and didn't look very safe. However there was free, unrestricted on-street parking directly opposite our room that was more then adequate and safe

Traditional Hotel

Pros: Gave a traditional feel and pleasant.
Cons: Explanation where to park, small map would be ideal for foreign clientel when booking.
Location: Local zoo is located in the valley. Main town square is pleasant and various churches dotted around as well as Mahler park etc. Tourist information ok
Finding the bed and breakfast hotel was a challenge as sat nav wanted to send me up a dug up street! But once found its ok. Hotel parking is "nearby" down a hill and in old factory grounds. Staff are mostly pleasant and helpful. Restaurant has ala carte menu but not a wild extensive choice. To their credit the food was cooked to order and would certainly give a higher grade hotel a run for their money. Specials noted each day on a board outside the restaurant. Excellent value for money and great beer too. The only thing i would say is the Czech version of the duvet never seems to be long enough, very warm and comfortable, just watch your feet could stick out at the end of the bed. The room was pleasant and functional and liked the modern art that is dotted around.

Best bet for travelers on a budget
Posted 27 Mar 2015 on HotelsWe had a wonderful two bedroom apartment with a nice size bath.I was traveling with my two grown children and by using the sofa bed in the living area we were all able to have our own rooms for a night which was wonderful. The breakfast was very nice too. My only complaint would be the thickness of the mattress, but I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
