We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast.
The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. Some of the floor tiles inside were cracked but the room we had was spacious, quiet and quite pleasant. Also like the location which is close to many restaurants and stores.

Jiaoxi hot springs piped INSIDE your room!
Posted 8 Aug 2021 on HotelsI've stayed here twice. It's a great way to experience the hot springs in complete privacy. They pipe the hot spring water to a huge bath in your own room. It's set up next to the windows, so once you're in you can open the curtains and enjoy the view. The bathroom is sealed off from the rest of the room, so the room stays cool and dry.
The location is great, right next to the main little downtown of Jiaoxi. The room is comfortable and quiet with good views.
As of August 2021, they are doing some kind of renovation or something, so you have to check in at the desk *next door* to the hotel. That was confusing, but not too inconvenient.

A not so pleasant surprise
Posted 7 Apr 2020 on HotelsThe lady who greeted us over the check in counter was unfriendly. She has a terrible attitude and failed to treat the hotel guests politely. After all we paid to stay in this hotel and we deserved to be treated properly.
For the steep room price, other than the comfort of a big room and a big tub of hot spring, the breakfast is ok and the room looks tired. The location of the hotel is brilliant.
